The idea was to carry out a building with model archives to be repeated on an international scale, extremely innovative and technologically advanced, supplied with high energy efficiency and control of the inside
micro climate
The structure of these Archives – unguarded
and provided with an office area – is in prefab
concrete panels, marked by the fitting in of
stylized ornamental elements shaped as forest
trees and insulated inside. It also provides for
the use of a robotized system to prevent direct
contact with the filed material. The building,
considered as an example of “extreme
prefabrication”, features innovative qualities
from the point of view of technological
applications:
